Graduates of Southern State Community College’s medical assisting and allied health programs were honored April 25 at a Graduate Tea. Graduates from the medical assisting, phlebotomy technician and billing and coding specialist programs attended.
The 2018 Medical Assisting graduating class includes: from Brown County, Serenity Batterson* of Fayetteville, and Arlene Shumaker of Mt. Orab; from Clinton County, Brelee Arehart of Wilmington, Denise Cox of Sabina, Lauren Lechuga Ramirez of Sabina, and Sarah Zindorf of Clarksville; from Fayette County, Lindsy Aills of Washington C.H., and Jessica Hippen of Washington C.H.; from Highland County, September Barnhart of Greenfield, Opal Dunn of Hillsboro, and Mary Nelson of Hillsboro. The 2018 Phlebotomy Technician graduating class includes: from Clinton County, Brelee Arehart of Wilmington, Caitlin Boys* of Wilmington, Denise Cox of Sabina, Lauren Lechuga Ramirez of Sabina, and Brandi Loury* of New Vienna; from Fayette County, Jessica Hippen of Washington C.H.; from Highland County, Hayley Cullom of Hillsboro.
