According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 22

Menacing: At 1:44 p.m., Carol Reed of 1114 Vine St. reported being threatened by Mary Keaton.

Trafficking in Drugs/Possession of Drugs: At 3:33 p.m., officers responding to 521 Gibbs Ave. on a call of a suspicious person found Julio Cesar Villalobos to be in possession of a large amount of illicit drugs. Charges were filed.

April 21

Burglary: At 6:52 a.m., Stephanie Donoian reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into her residence and removed property.

Theft: Loan Duong reported that unknown person(s) removed the catalytic converter from her vehicle while it was parked at the rear of Top Nails on Leesburg Avenue.

Criminal Damaging: At 6:34 p.m., Ashley Calhoun reported that unknown person(s) attempted to pry open and enter her Chevrolet Cobalt, damaging the doors on both sides.

Theft: At 7:13 p.m., Ricky Hunt reported that unknown person(s) removed property from an address on Laurel Road.

April 19

Theft: At 11:11 a.m., a representative of Discount Tobacco on West Court Street reported that an unknown female concealed merchandise and departed the store without paying for the items.

Theft: At 4:13 p.m., an employee of Kroger reported that a female concealed merchandise and attempted to depart the store without paying for the items. The female, identified as Carrie A. Mason, was charged with the listed offense.

April 18

Vandalism: At 9:25 a.m., an employee of Fayette County Juvenile Court reported that unknown person(s) punctured the rear passenger side tire on a van belonging to the county.

Assault: At 1:29 p.m., a woman reported that while at the Blue Stone Inn, a known male physically assaulted her during an argument.

Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 4:22 p.m. during a traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle was found to have active warrants for her arrest. The passenger, identified as Brandi Jo Penrod, was arrested on the warrants and during her arrest was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. She was charged accordingly.

April 17

Possession of Drugs: At 12:01 a.m. during a traffic stop, officers found Keith A. Giffin to be in possession of scheduled prescription medication, which he was not prescribed. Charges were filed.

April 16

Burglary: At 3:51 p.m., Joshua McQuillar, of 1225 Washington Ave., reported that sometime during the day, someone entered his locked home and removed a television.

Theft: At 4:36 p.m., Jon Stroup reported that while staying at 8 Wagner Court, Apt. B, he had medication and a credit card stolen.
