According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 22

Criminal Damaging/Theft: At 3:01 p.m., Leanne Roper reported that sometime overnight unknown person(s) shattered a window on her vehicle and removed property.

Criminal Trespass: At 5:36 p.m., officers were called to an address in the 500 block of East Temple Street in reference to a male who was there uninvited and had been told several times in the past to stay away. The male, identified as James V. Green, was located on the property and arrested for the listed offense.

Theft: At 6:37 p.m., Michelle Boren reported that she received a message on her computer stating that it was infected with a virus and to call a given phone number for assistance. She called the number and the unknown person requested funds to take care of the computer issue. The funds were sent and nothing has been fixed.

March 21

Underage Consumption of Alcohol: At 12:30 a.m., officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of East Market Street in reference to a domestic dispute. During contact with the involved parties, a male identified as Thaddeus K. Johnson was found to have been consuming alcohol and was under the age of 21-years-old. Johnson was arrested for the offense.

Criminal Trespass: At 10:12 a.m., officers were called to an address in the 500 block of East Temple Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, a male identified as James V. Green was located on the property and having been prohibited from being there in the past, was arrested for the offense.

Domestic Violence: At 2:02 p.m., a woman reported that during an argument with a household or family member, she was physically assaulted. Carl M. Persinger was arrested for the offense.

Theft: At 4:31 p.m., the manager of South Shore Transportation reported that an ex-employee failed to return an E-Z Pass transponder after he was separated from his employment with the company.

Underage Consumption of Alcohol: At 8:19 p.m., officers responded to the Lofts on Main on a domestic dispute complaint. Upon contact with the involved parties, a male identified as Hayden M. Jett was found to have been consuming alcohol and was under the age of 21-years-old. Jett was arrested for the offense.

March 20

Domestic Dispute/Obstructing Official Business: At 4:10 p.m., a woman reported that while in her vehicle and stopped at a traffic signal, a family member approached her vehicle and shattered the windshield in an attempt to cause her physical harm. Bret H. Waller was arrested for domestic violence and also obstructing official business for his actions prior to his arrest.
