Youngstown State welcomes Victoria Miller to campus

Youngstown State University is proud to welcome Victoria Miller, of Washington Court House and a Miami Trace graduate, to campus for the fall 2017 semester.

Working toward a bachelor of science in applied science, Miller joins more than 2,600 other new undergraduate students.
