Morgan entertains 2017 Scarecrow Festival

Country music star Craig Morgan filled the streets of downtown Washington Court House with the sounds of his hit songs on Saturday evening on Main Street during the 2017 Scarecrow Festival. Some residents waited hours to get a perfect spot for the show as the street was filled from side to side with viewers of all ages. According to city officials, close to 5,000 people attended the annual festival over a three-day period. According to Mekia Rhoades, Main Street Committee president, the festival was bigger and better this year with more vendors, more food and great entertainment. Washington C.H. City Manager said the festival was “extremely successful.”
