Victoria Schappacher, of Good Hope, won Outstanding of the Day at the 2017 Ohio State Fair with her tractor project. Schappacher is a member of the Tractor Club 4-H Club and is in 11th grade at Ohio Virtual Academy. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Leo and Mari Schappacher.
