According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Aug. 28

Obstructing Official Business: At 2:17 p.m., officers investigating a theft made contact with Jordan M. Fraley, who provided officers with false information about his identity. Officers discovered the information was false and charged Fraley with obstructing official business.

Aug. 27

Larceny: At 10:12 p.m., McKayla Groves, of 803 Aspen Drive, reported that Steven A. Walker stole $7 cash from her. Charges were filed and the money was returned.

Aug. 26

Criminal Damaging: At 2:58 p.m., Merrill Kaufman reported that unknown person(s) cut the copper lines to an air conditioner unit at the rear of his building in the 100 block of East Court Street.

Theft: At 6:23 p.m., Amanda Seba Mixtega reported that unknown person(s) removed money, a Samsung Galaxy cell phone and a Samsung tablet from her residence without her knowledge or permission.

Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol: At 10:50 p.m., officers were checking the 100 block of South Main Street on a complaint of people in the roadway. Officers made contact with a male, identified as Tommy J. Little, who was in possession of a bottle of alcohol and under the age of 21. Little was charged with the listed offense.

Aug. 25

Drug Paraphernalia: At 7:42 a.m., officers were checking the employee parking area at the hospital for two persons reportedly acting suspicious. Officers located both and drug paraphernalia was found in the possession of a female identified as Kasey R. Harper, who was charged with the offense.

Domestic Violence: At 11:05 a.m., officers were called to an address in the 100 block of West Elm Street in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, contact was made with both parties, each of which reported they had been assaulted by the other. Robert S. Hughes and Patricia R. Hughes were arrested for the listed offense.

Theft: At 4:21 p.m., an employee of Save-A-Lot reported that a known male selected merchandise on two separate occasions and departed the store without paying for the items. The male, identified as Steven A. Walker, was located and charged with two counts of theft.

Domestic Violence: At 10:51 p.m., a woman reported she was physically assaulted by a household or family member. Steven A. Walker was arrested for the offense.

Aug. 24

Theft: Debby Bowers reported that unknown person(s) gained her credit card information and have made fraudulent purchases.
