According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Aug. 17

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments/Drug Paraphernalia: At 3:19 p.m., officers responded to the ball diamond on Lewis Street to check two people reportedly sleeping there. Officers contacted the two and the female was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments. The female, identified as Amanda C. Bradley, was arrested for the listed offenses.

Domestic Violence by Threats/Disorderly Conduct/Obstructing Official Business/Resisting Arrest: At 6:46 p.m., a woman reported that a family or household member made threats of physical harm toward her and others present. Michael J. Hochadel was arrested and charged with the listed offenses.

Aug. 16

Misuse of Credit Cards: At 6:29 p.m., Kristy Rowland reported that a known person removed a credit card from her purse and used it to make several purchases.

Theft: At 6:30 p.m., Johnna Wade reported that unknown person(s) removed property from her residence without her permission.

Theft: At 9:13 p.m., Tonya Woolridge reported that while at Ohio Thrift, her daughter accidentally left her Omni pod insulin pump in the shopping cart. When she realized it was missing and returned to the store, the pump was gone.
