According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

AUG. 24

THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that a male subject concealed merchandise and attempted to depart the store without paying. Matthew Jackson was charged with shoplifting in the incident.

THEFT: Randall Jackson V reported that someone removed several items from his residence.

DRUG ABUSE: While investigating suspicious activity near the Blue Stone Inn, officers located drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles and suspected crack cocaine. Marky Bellar was charged in the incident with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of cocaine.
