Sweetwater Bay Boutique celebrated the opening of its downtown location with a ribbon cutting by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce recently.

Owner Barb Saville has her shop inside Back-En-Thyme Flower & Gift Shop at 101 E. Court St. in Washington C.H., and offers stylish affordable women’s clothing in all sizes.

The boutique started as a part-time business that has evolved into a full-time career for Saville.

“My daughters moved to Seattle so I get west coast fashion styles from them,” she said.

She takes pride in constantly changing the inventory to keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.

“Our line gives women a way to express themselves. We’ve even begun to expand our line by offering athletic wear and footwear. We do have another location in Dayton, Ohio at Utopia Salon & Day Spa to offer trendy affordable women’s clothing and accessories,” said Saville.

Sweetwater Bay believes in giving back. They’ve partnered in the past with Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation to offer Shop & Support for the FCMH Foundation.
