Jeff Library hosts Touch-a-Truck

“Construction Zone” was the theme of Miss Bonnie’s Story Hour at Jeffersonville Branch Library recently where participants heard stories about diggers, excavators, bulldozers and the like, and then because of the kindness of the Village of Jeffersonville’s Maintenance Department, they were able to Touch-a-Truck.

Jeff Taylor came with a “bucket” truck and told about how the village uses these trucks to trim trees, put up lights, etc. We learned in our story hour that these buckets are called cherry pickers. Pictured is Maggie, with daughters Kori and baby sister, Lorin.
