According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 5

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments/Drug Paraphernalia: At 9:15 a.m., officers responded to 678 Robinson Road Lot 17 on a possible drug overdose. Officers found Todd M. Aills to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe and other drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed.

Trafficking in Drugs/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 10:17 a.m., officers assisted the municipal court probation department in a search of room 18 of the City Motel. The room, rented to William D. Campbell and Brandon D. Campbell, was searched and officers located methamphetamines and assorted drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed.

Possession of Drugs: At 7:53 p.m., officers responded to 648 Yeoman Street on a call of a possible drug overdose. Responding officers found Quentin Knapp to be in possession of drugs.

Domestic Violence: At 9:42 p.m., a woman reported being assaulted by her boyfriend, Christopher L. Sharp. Charges were filed.

June 4

Criminal Trespass/Disorderly Conduct: At 4:24 p.m., officers responded to a call of a suspicious female, found to be Donnarae Gibson of 894 Linden Ave., disoriented and wandering into neighbors’ homes. Drug and/or alcohol use was suspected. Charges were filed.

Underage Consumption of Alcohol/Disorderly Conduct: At 10:42 p.m., officers responded to 832 Johns St. on a call of a physical altercation. Officers found Justin M. Martin, Kyle Grooms and Chad E. Grooms had all be consuming alcohol. Martin and Grooms were both found to be under the legal age to consume alcohol and were charged with underage consumption. Grooms and Martin were also charged with disorderly conduct for fighting.

June 3

Assault/Criminal Damaging: At 5:10 a.m., Allysa Newton reported that a known male assaulted her and damaged the rear window on her vehicle.

Theft: At 1:31 p.m., an employee of CVS reported that an unknown male concealed merchandise and departed the store without paying for the items.

June 2

Theft/Criminal Trespass: At 9:23 p.m., Richard Allen reported that an unknown female was on his front porch using an electrical outlet to charge a cell phone without permission. The female, identified as RM Royer, was charged with the listed offenses.
