April 12

Jaren M. Byrd, 27, at large, WPD warrant – assault, WPD warrant – criminal trespass, WPD warrant – criminal trespass, possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony).

April 11

Christopher W. Lowe, 42, Portsmouth, bench warrant – failure to comply, bench warrant – failure to appear, Ross County – unauthorized use.

Andrew P. Darty, 31, 718 Brown St., felony warrant – domestic violence.

Mercedes D. Williams, 22, 701 Peabody Ave., bench warrant – failure to appear.

Samuel Higman, at large, open container, probation violation.

Anna G. Wilson, 18, 701 N. North St., red light violation.

Bradyn N. Ford, 22, 1113 Riverside Drive, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas J. Queen, 30, 504 Fourth St., resisting arrest, failure to comply (third-degree felony), assault on peace officer (fourth-degree felony), unauthorized use, speed 39/25, no operator’s license, stop sign violation, marked lanes violation.

Laura A. Queen, 28, 828 Washington Ave., no operator’s license.

Jared M. Bauman, 39, 613 Clinton Ave., domestic violence.

Terance S. Allen, 33, 207 N. Hinde St., bench warrant.

Male juvenile, 13, Washington C.H., inducing panic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Michael D. Winters, 53, 1115 Delaware St., bench warrant – probation violation (two counts).

Lamar M. Matthews, 42, 2953 US Route 62, no operator’s license, leaving the scene, starting without safety.

Devon L. McNeal, 48, London, Ohio, red light violation, Madison County Sheriff’s Office aggravated menacing warrant.
