The Commission on Aging has released its menu and activities for the week of Aug. 17-21.

MENU

Monday: BBQ rib sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, buttered corn, sugar free pudding, fruit in strawberry jello.

Tuesday: Breaded chicken breast, macaroni and cheese, California vegetables, sugar cookie, fruit, fruit juice.

Wednesday: Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, fruit.

Thursday: Pulled pork, potatoes with parsley, buttered cabbage, cornbread, vanilla wagers, fruit.

Friday: Ham loaf, cheesy potatoes, seasoned green beans, unfrosted cake, fruit.
