According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

April 8

Sheila A. Speakman, 38, 154 Hamilton St., New Holland, theft (first-degree misdemeanor), possession of drugs (fifth-degree felony, possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Anthony Pavey, 32, 600 Bush Road, bench warrant – probation violation.

Jerry R. Stewart, Jr., 37, 1524 Dennis St., Greene County warrant.

Phillip A. McPherson III, 21, 600 Taylor Blair Road, West Jefferson, domestic violence, disorderly conduct.

Luke M. Carlson, 21, 130 W. Ohio Ave., no operator’s license, failure to control, leaving the scene.

April 7

Stephanie R. Allen, 23, 801 Pin Oak Place, bench warrant – failure to comply, bench warrant – failure to comply, possession of drug abuse instruments.

Troy A. Estep, 39, 1121 S. Hinde St., Fayette County warrant – failure to comply.

Rachael M. Hall, 41, Greenfield, speed, OVI, OVI per se, obstructing (second-degree misdemeanor), resisting (second-degree misdemeanor), endangering child (first-degree misdemeanor), felonious assault on officer.

Courtney N. Jackson, 34, 917 Washington Ave., Fayette County bench warrant, no operator’s license, fictitious registration, expired registration.

Corey M. Keeton, 24, 215 Front St., New Holland, Madison County bench warrant.
