Winkin Willy’s, 608 Delaware St. Standard/complaint inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection, talked to owner about complaint, no standing water in kitchen, facility only sells bottles.
DEC. 27
One Stop 22, 1659 U.S. 22. Follow up inspection. Violations/comments: All violations have been corrected.
DEC. 28
Subway, 19 Fayette Center. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed hand wash sink with no hot water.
Love’s Travel Stop, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Operation satisfactory, no recommendations at this time.
Wal Mart #3251, 1397 Leesburg Avenue. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Paper towels were absent at hand wash sink at deli, this was corrected during inspection.
United Dairy Farmers, 1710 Columbus Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Trays in the walk in cooler and the coffee serving area need cleaned of accumulating dirt, cream and food particles this will reduce possible contamination.
Sesame, Inc., DBA Wok & Roll, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed chicken in bin directly on floor in walk-in cooler, observed pans of food/chicken without proper date mark on them, observed debris on racks in walk-in cooler area, observed debris on hoods above grill.
Charley’s Philly Steaks, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Charley’s Philly Steaks is no longer open for business, the inspector found the business closed on Dec. 28 during a standard inspection.
Starbucks Coffee, Jeffersonville. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: No violations at time of inspection.
Pettit’s Drive Thru #2, 1101 Clinton Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Operation satisfactory.
Pettit’s #1, 303 E. Court Street. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Hand wash sink near three compartment sink has product being stored in it and around it making this sink unusable.
Pettit’s Grocery, Bloomingburg. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Cold cuts are not properly date marked, paper towels were not available at the hand wash sink.

Washington Beverage Center, 212 E. Elm St. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Observed debris on cooler floor and cooler vents.
Bob Evans Farms, 1800 U.S. 62. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Operation satisfactory, no recommendations at this time.
Carriage Court, 500 Glenn Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Moist wiping cloth was observed lying.
Fayette County Memorial Hospital, 1430 Columbus Ave. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Bulk food container in dry storage area needs to be properly labeled identifying type of product to avoid possible health risk, sliced tomatoes were not properly date marked, fans in walk in cooler need cleaned of accumulated dust to avoid contamination.
Fayette County Jail, 113 E. Market St. Standard inspection. Violations/comments: Operation satisfactory.
