According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Jan. 1

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 10:55 a.m., officers responded to 1105 S. Elm St. on a possible drug overdose. Officers found Dustin A. Morris unconscious and in possession of a hypodermic syringe. Morris was treated by Fayette County Life Squad and charges were filed.

Criminal Damaging: At 1:18 p.m., Marissa Massie of 323 Lewis St. reported that sometime overnight someone damaged her vehicle with black spray-paint.

Disorderly Conduct: At 8:19 p.m., officers responded to the Dayton Avenue Flagway gas station on a call of an intoxicated male acting erratically. Officers located David M. Routte, who became belligerent and was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct.

Dec. 31

Criminal Damaging: At 11:08 a.m., Larry Edwards reported that sometime over the past few days, unknown person(s) spray-painted the front passenger side of his vehicle while it was parked on the street in front of his residence.

Dec. 30

Criminal Trespass: At 3:31 p.m., officers responded to Summit Station Apartments on a complaint of a known male at the complex who has previously been trespassed from the property. Officers made contact with the male, identified as Jamaal C. Robinson. Robinson was advised of the complaint and arrested for the offense.

Disorderly Conduct/Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments: At 4:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to an address on Eastview Drive in reference to a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the involved parties and all were warned to discontinue their behavior. An involved female, identified as Kristin I. Everhart, failed to cease her actions and was arrested for disorderly conduct. During her arrest, she was found in possession of drug abuse instruments and was additionally charged.

Drug Paraphernalia/Drug Abuse Instruments/Tampering With Evidence: At 8:20 p.m., officers were called to an address in the 600 block of Eastern Avenue in reference to a drug overdose. Upon arrival, officers located a female who was unresponsive laying in the bathroom. EMS rendered aid to the female and revived her. She was then advised that she needed to be transported to ER for further treatment. Prior to her being transported, officers observed her attempt to hid drug paraphernalia in the bathroom. The female, identified as Amanda D. Saltz, was arrested and charged with the listed offenses.
