FCMH Foundation receives donation

The Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation received a check in the amount of $425 from Barb Saville, owner of Sweetwater Bay Boutique, recently.

These funds were raised from “Shop and Support,” held July 5 through 9, at Trends Downtown on Court in downtown Washington Court House. Sweetwater Bay Boutique donated 15 percent of its sales to the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Sweetwater Bay Boutique is a local boutique that partners with the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation to provide pop up shopping opportunities with the latest fashion trends, featuring sizes for pre-teen through women’s – all at a great price.

“We are so appreciative to Sweetwater Bay Boutique for their generous donation and to Trends Downtown on Court for allowing Sweetwater Bay Boutique to set up for a week in their shop” said Chelsie Hornsby, Fayette County Memorial Hospital Director of Business Development. “We look forward to hosting the next Shop and Support on August 25 from 4 until 8 p.m. and August 26 from 10 a.m. through 5 p.m. in the Medical Arts Building Two Conference Room. Future dates will be planned for October, November and December.”

Forging the future of Fayette County Memorial Hospital by increasing awareness of needs and raising funds is the mission of the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Foundation, the organization thanked the community for its continued support.

Fayette County Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital (25-bed hospital) with over 30 healthcare providers, complete with a full spectrum of healthcare services.
