Jenny Breedlove was named the newest member of the Fayette County Memorial Hospital (FCMH) Board of Trustees at the most recent Fayette County Commissioners’ meeting.
In a unanimous vote by the three commissioners, Common Pleas Judge Steven Beathard and Juvenile Court Judge David Bender, Breedlove fills the seat recently vacated by Carol Carey, who served 12 years, reaching term limits in March.
Breedlove is a lifelong resident of Washington Court House and has retired after teaching science at Washington High School for 29 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and a masters of education from Wright State University.
“I look forward to serving the community through my position on the board,” said Breedlove, who attended her first FCMH Board of Trustees meeting this week.
