Hospice of Fayette County has officially kicked off its 2016 membership drive. Cost for membership is $15 for an individual or $25 for a couple.
Membership includes the Hospice Highlights quarterly newsletter, an invitation to our annual spring meeting, the eligibility to vote in board elections, as well as a discount card good at participating local businesses.
“Membership is an important aspect for Hospice, as it helps to drive our mission and values and also supports our patients and families. We are the only hospice located in Fayette County; we are your ‘Hometown Hospice’ serving Fayette and the surrounding counties. We are vested in this community and want to be the choice you make for yourself and your loved ones at the end of life. We invite you to become a member now,” said Erin Rickman, volunteer coordinator.
Hospice of Fayette County is a not for profit 501c3 organization that does not ever bill a patient for care or supplies provided relating to their illness. We serve Fayette, Clinton, Highland, Madison, Pickaway, Clark, Greene and Ross counties. We provide comfort, symptom management and physical, mental and spiritual support when there is a life-limiting illness. Our approach is to focus on you and your involved caregivers to provide comfort and dignity at the end of life.
Hospice care enables you to live your finals days to the fullest extent possible, with purpose, dignity, grace, and support. Hospice is patient-driven care. The Hospice of Fayette County team works with you and your family to ensure that end of life goals are met to their fullest.
