The Washington C.H. Elks Lodge #129 recently presented donations to 15 local organizations, as a result of its 41st-annual Tis’ The Season Charity Breakfast. Dennis Noble, exalted ruler-elect from the Washington C. H. Elks Lodge #129, was presented a participation plaque for donations made to the 2019 Toys for Tots program by program director Mindi Wickensimer.
