Shannon Bartruff has announced that he has resigned his position as head boys varsity basketball coach at Washington High School.
Bartruff said in an e-mail to the Record-Herald that he resigned on Monday, April 2 after seven years as the head coach of the Blue Lions.
Bartruff compiled a record of 80 wins and 79 losses over seven seasons, including winning a South Central Ohio League championship in the 2013-14 season.
