Why Geri-Fit?
“We’re thrilled to offer the Geri-Fit program thanks to a partnership with the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (COAAA) as part of our commitment to promoting healthy living in our community,” said Jaclyn White, CEO at Fayette County Family YMCA. “Exercise is essential for maintaining health and independence as we age, and this program is a fantastic way for older adults to stay active in a supportive group setting.”
