According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 3

Theft: At 10:12 p.m., Sherry Grim, of Temple Street, reported the theft of a license plate. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

April 2

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: At 1:11 p.m. while on a traffic stop, an officer located drug paraphernalia within the vehicle. Brad Fowler, of Carolyn Road, was charged in the incident.

Criminal Trespass/Criminal Damaging: At 8:48 p.m., officers responded to East Paint Street in reference to a male inside a residence refusing to leave. The male had removed an air conditioner to gain access to the residence. The male, Joseph Howland, had resided at the residence in the past, however was no longer living there. Howland was charged in the incident.

April 1

Criminal Trespass: At 5:58 p.m. while on patrol, officers checked a property that the police department has received complaints of trespassers. While checking the property, officers located the defendant. The defendant was arrested and transported to jail.
