Dylan G. Fowler, 25, 720 Broadway St., bench warrant – failure to comply.

Louis M. Sbarbati Sr., 66, 738 Broadway St., theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Terresa J. Bane, 62, New Holland, OVI, non-compliance suspension.
