At 11 a.m. on Thursday, little ones and their guardians bundled up to join Carnegie Public Library at the Washington Court House Sonic Drive-In for “Hello Friends” storytime. A diner-themed story was enjoyed along with a special sweet treat. All storytime programs at the library incorporate stories, songs, crafts and play, and are for children ages 5 and younger.
