Feb. 8

Danielle King, 28, 901 E. Temple St., bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Tye N. Elliott, 42, Jeffersonville, bench warrant – failure to comply.

Craig Varney, 55, 324 E. Paint St., noise order violation, loud amplification system ordinance violation (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Feb. 7

Brian L. Lahmon, 37, 809 Sycamore St., domestic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Feb. 5

Joshua G. Sanderson, 33, 1809 Columbus Ave. Room 211, non-compliance suspension.

Michael A. Dickens Jr., 42, 2427 Bogus Road Southeast, criminal damaging.
