An 18-year-old Washington C.H. man has been indicted for allegedly making sexual contact with an 8-year-old girl on three separate occasions.

Isaac Lee Kimmey was arraigned Tuesday in Fayette County Common Pleas Court on three counts of gross sexual imposition, each a felony of the third degree. The maximum penalty on each count is five years in prison, according to Fayette County Prosecutor Jess Weade.

“The allegation is sexual contact, no intercourse or penetration, which is the reason for the GSI charges,” said Weade.

According to the grand jury indictment, Kimmey is accused of having sexual contact with the girl three times between the dates of Aug. 1 and Oct. 5. The indictment states that Kimmey “purposely compelled (the victim) to submit by force or threat of force.”

The incidents reportedly occurred at the alleged victim’s home. Kimmey, of 3033 Snowhill Road, was arrested by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 5.

During Tuesday’s arraignment, a jury trial was scheduled for Dec. 19. Kimmey is currently being held in the Fayette County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
