According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 23

Receiving Stolen Property: At 9:34 a.m., officers responded to 619 Rawlings St. on a call of a recovered stolen vehicle. Officers found Jamie Fraley to be in possession of the reported stolen vehicle. Charges were filed out of the incident.

Assault: A woman on Peabody Avenue reported that her daughter was assaulted by her boyfriend.

April 22

Obstructing Official Business/Disorderly Conduct: At 1:39 a.m., officers were called to the Washington School Apartments on North North Street in reference to a disturbance complaint of an unknown male outside yelling. Officers located the male, who appeared to be intoxicated and said that he was a resident, however, he did not have his keys to get in. When asked for his identification to confirm his story, the male refused to provide any identifying information and became loud and confrontational with officers. The male, later identified as Randall J. Beasley, was arrested for the listed offenses.

April 20

Theft: At 12:48 p.m., Mary Pettit reported that an unknown person removed property from her residence without permission.
