The following criminal arraignment hearings occurred in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Monday, April 10:
Zanesville resident Jeannie L. Maynard, 41, was arraigned on one charge of improperly handling a firearm inside of a motor vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree. She was indicted by a Fayette County jury March 3. Maynard is scheduled to appear in court again for an informal pretrial hearing May 8 at 9 a.m.
Delaware, Ohio resident Nancy D. McKenzie appeared in court to be arraigned on one charge of theft of drugs, a fourth degree felony. McKenzie is scheduled for an informal pretrial hearing May 15 at 9:30 a.m.
The following criminal arraignments occurred in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday, April 5:
Washington C.H. resident Kevin Wilt was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence, with one prior, a felony of the fourth degree. Wilt’s expected to appear in April for an informal pretrial hearing.
Shannon Noel, also of Washington C.H., appeared in court for arraignment on a charge of possession of heroin, a fifth degree felony, possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth degree misdemeanor. An informal pretrial hearing is scheduled for May 15 at 9:30 a.m.
The following criminal arraignments occurred in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Monday, April 3:
Greenfield resident Garrett S. Butcher was arraigned on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. Butcher is scheduled to appear May 8 at 10 a.m. for an informal pretrial hearing.
Jessica A. Huff appeared in court for arraignment on a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. Huff’s informal pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 24 at 10 a.m.
Bradley E. Hatfield is facing a second degree felony robbery charge and appeared for arraignment. Hatfield is scheduled for an informal pretrial hearing May 8 at 9:30 a.m.
Christopher M. Ward was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence, with priors, a felony of the fourth degree. Ward’s next court appearance is an informal pretrial hearing scheduled for May 15 at 9:30 a.m.
Michelle N. Gill was arraigned on one charge of possession of heroin, a fifth degree felony, a charge of possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and a charge of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth degree misdemeanor. Gill’s next court date is May 8 at 9:30 a.m. for an informal pretrial hearing.
