The Washington Police Department responded to the following, according to reports:
JULY 7
THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that an unknown male concealed merchandise and departed the store without paying for the items. Gary E. Seitz was charged with the offense.
THEFT: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that a female concealed merchandise and attempted to depart the store without paying for the items. Destiny L. Wilson was arrested for the offense.
JULY 8
OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: An officer was on routine patrol and observed a male who at the sight of the police officer fled on foot after being given verbal instruction to stop and ran into a residence in the 500 block of Gibbs Ave. The male identified as Marky B. Bellar was located and was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Bellar was arrested for the warrant and was additionally charged with obstructing official business.
THEFT: Linda Mongold reported that while at work at Wal-Mart unknown person(s) removed her cigarette case containing cigarettes, credit cards, money and other personal papers from the outside break area.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT BY INTOXICATION: Officers were checking a complaint of a female passed out on the front porch of a residence in the 1200 block of Rawlings St. Upon arrival of officers the female identified as Delisa J. Aills was found asleep and once awakened was obviously very intoxicated and unable to care for herself. Aills was arrested for the offense.
