WHS soccer teams fall to London by identical 4-2 scores

The Washington Blue Lion soccer teams hosted London Saturday, Sept. 17 at Washington High School.

The Washington girls had their best game of the season, falling to London, 4-2.

In the girls’ match, Hannah Patterson and Cassidy Hines scored for Washington.

The Washington Blue Lions boys team also lost to London by the same, 4-2 score.

Blaise Tayese scored both goals for the Blue Lions. The assists went to Seth Hanusik and Jack Luebbe.

Washington is home against Chillicothe today. The girls play at 5 p.m. and boys at 7 p.m.
