Chillicothe blanks MT tennis

The Miami Trace Lady Panthers tennis team hosted SCOL opponent Chillicothe for the first time on the new courts at MTHS.

Chillicothe won the match, 5-0.

At first singles, Cassie VanDyke lost to Madeline Diggs, 0-6, 0-6.

At second singles, Bayley Thompson lost to Carly McCloy, 1-6, 2-6.

Anita Pursell lost to Natalie Drotleff at third singles, 0-6, 0-6.

Jackie Wisecup and Haiven Pepper lost to Jera Copley and Brittany Harper at first doubles, 1-6, 0-6.

Miami Trace’s Cameron Bucher and Kenzie Seyfang lost 0-6, 1-6 at second doubles.

Miami Trace will play at East Clinton for the final time as members of the SCOL Tuesday.
