HILLSBORO — The Washington Blue Lion golf team traveled to the county seat of Highland County Wednesday for an SCOL match against the Indians at the Elks course.

Hillsboro won by the slimmest of margins, 201 to 202.

Washington’s Griffin Shaw was the medalist with a 44.

Kyler Mount shot a score of 45.

Brock Morris had a 52 for the Blue Lions, Gabe Arazo shot a 61 and Tyler Rood had a 65.

For the Indians, Reed shot a 48, Kiefer 49; Ventura, Green and Watson each shot a 9-hole score of 52 and Adkins shot a 74.

The Blue Lions will host Clinton-Massie Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the Club at Quail Run.
