The Washington Blue Lions and Miami Trace Panthers boys golf teams hosted a tri-match with Vinton County Wednesday, Sept. 9.
Washington won with a team score of 174.
Miami Trace was second with a 192 and Vinton County was third with a score of 207.
Washington’s Garrett Wahl was medalist with a 39.
“I’m really proud of freshman Garrett Wahl,” Washington head coach Shannon Bartruff said. “(This was) his first sub-40 round of his career.”
Kaden Noble led Miami Trace with a 44.

Washington and Miami Trace are at Chillicothe Monday at 4 p.m.
