For perhaps the first time in history, the Washington Lady Blue Lions and Miami Trace Lady Panthers basketball teams are both State-ranked in the same poll.
In the latest Associated Press poll, the third of the season, Miami Trace (13-2) dipped from No. 7 last week to No. 10 after a 51-36 loss at home to Ottawa-Glandorf. The Titans (14-1) are ranked No. 3 this week in Division III.
The Lady Blue Lions are now 12-1 on the season after a 60-10 blowout of Jackson on Saturday.
The Lady Lions are ranked No. 12 in the state this week in Division II.
