The Washington Blue Lion golf team took part in the Circleville Invitational at the Pickaway Country Club.
Ten teams took part with Fairfield Union coming away with the win with a team total of 323.
The Blue Lions placed ninth with a team score of 436.
Tyler Rood had the low score for Washington of 98.
Gabe Arazo shot a 110, Brock Morris shot a 112, Ty Rose, 116 and Brice Cartwright a 125.
Second place went to North Adams with a 340.
West Union placed third with a score of 341 and Teays Valley was fourth with a 344.
Circleville placed fifth with a 351, followed by Logan Elm, 359; Amanda Clearcreek, 391; Westfall, 393 and Logan, 451.
Brent Gulling of Fairfield Union was the medalist with a 76.
Washington will be back in action at Chillicothe for a Frontier Athletic Conference match Monday at 4 p.m.
