Heroin, crack cocaine and drug abuse instruments were allegedly found and three individuals were arrested Wednesday night when a search warrant was served at an apartment on Rawling Street.

At 8:53 p.m., Washington C.H. police officers served the drug-related warrant at 719 Rawling St., Room 110, according to reports. Once inside, they found Brandon S. Warner by the kitchen sink, Richard L. Campbell in the bathroom doorway, and Cynthia R. Delarosa lying on the bed.

Officers searched the room, which reportedly belongs to Warner, and located suspected crack cocaine, suspected heroin, a hypodermic needle, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, multiple cell phones and a small amount of cash, according to reports.

Prior to securing all of the evidence, police spoke with each of the individuals inside the room. Campbell told an officer that he was “getting ready to use the spoon that had the tan powder in it, but didn’t get the chance due to our arrival,” reports said. Campbell also allegedly said he came to the room that night to purchase heroin.

Warner, 33, was charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; and permitting drug abuse, another fifth-degree felony.

Delarosa, 32, of 719 Rawling St., was charged with trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony.

Campbell, 35, of Washington C.H., was charged with possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of drug abuse instruments, a first-degree misdemeanor.

All three were transported to the Fayette County Jail, where they are currently being held.
