The Commission on Aging released the following lunch menu and schedule for the week of Aug. 25 to Aug. 29:


LUNCH:


Monday: Chili, peanut butter sandwich, crackers, tossed salad, fruit.


Tuesday: Breaded chicken breast, broccoli and cheese sauce, glazed carrots, sugar free pudding, juice.


Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, California vegetables, animal crackers, fruit in jello, milk.


Thursday: Pulled pork, buttered potatoes, buttered cabbage, cornbread, fruit, vanilla wafers.


Friday: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, seasoned peas, roll, unfrosted cake, mandarin oranges.


ACTIVITIES:


Monday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. rhythm band, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball.


Tuesday: 10 a.m. exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. euchre.


Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball, 1 p.m. line dancing, paint class.


Thursday: 10 a.m. exercise, chorus, 11 a.m. blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. bingo.


Friday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. ballroom dancing, 11:30 a.m. lunch.
