Fayette County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Andy Bivens and Record-Herald Editor Ryan Carter, with other local residents, completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Friday evening at Gardner Park. The challenge is to help raise money and awareness for an incredibly deadly neurodegenerative disease known more commonly as Lou Gehrig's Disease.
