The Washington Police Department responded to the following calls, according to reports:

JULY 23

THEFT: Samantha Arnold reported that someone removed items from her 1998 Ford while it was parked in front of her residence.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Officers responded to 1011 S. Main St. to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, they located the female resident with visible injuries. Michael Stone has been charged with domestic violence in the incident.

JULY 21

VANDALISM: Macy LeBeau reported that someone tore the mirror off her 2003 Chevy.

SHOPLIFTING: An employee of Wal-Mart reported that a male subject attempted to depart the store without paying for merchandise. Spencer Hargo has been charged in the incident.
