Arraignments in Common Pleas Court

Arraignments in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas this week:

– Joshua L. Roberts, 31, of Jeffersonville, was arraigned Tuesday after he was indicted in August by a Fayette County grand jury on charges of burglary and theft after he allegedly attempted to take appliances and other miscellaneous items.

– Tyler R. Adams, 27, of Washington C.H., was arraigned on charges of robbery and theft following an indictment in August that states Adams allegedly attempted to steal underwear from Dollar General and threatened to use force when fleeing.

Derrick Simmons, 38, of Columbus, was arraigned Tuesday on an indictment charging him with two counts of non-support of dependents after he failed to pay child support.

German Hernenegildo, 22, of Bloomingburg, was arraigned on two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated murder after an investigation led officials to believe he allegedly beat a man to death.

German Cruz, 49, of Bloomingburg, was arraigned Tuesday for two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated murder. Cruz was indicted after an investigation revealed he allegedly beat a man to death.
