Bob Timmons was presented a Citizen Honor Award and a gift card from the City of Washington Court House at the city council meeting held Wednesday, Aug. 10. Timmons presented a picture that a friend of his mother’s had painted when the City Building was a bank that Timmons had managed. He since then has been retired and the building is now the City Administration Building. The painting is now displayed at the City Administration building.
