Four people appeared for arraignments Monday in Fayette County Common Pleas Court.

– George Baker Jr., 46, of Greenfield, for robbery.

Baker allegedly went into Kroger on Clinton Avenue and pushed a cart full of steaks out of the store without paying for them and was loading the merchandise into his car when he was confronted by a witness. Baker allegedly fled the Kroger parking lot, driving into the witness’s shopping cart several times before hitting the witness’s leg. The Greenfield Police Department reported they stopped Baker and found $702.73 worth of Kroger merchandise, including 15 steaks, a sack of potatoes, and a ham.

– Dalton J. Leyes, 20, of Washington C.H., for compelling prostitution and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Leyes was indicted in May following an April 17 incident alleging sexual conduct with 15-year-old minor.

– Tish L. Dunn, 43, and Kristina M. Hurtt, 43, both of Washington C.H., for burglary.

Hurtt and Dunn were arrested together when they were found parked in front of the Washington C.H. Municipal Court June 20 after a woman reported that two women had left her house in a van after one of them allegedly broke into her house through a rear window, and ran out of the front door when she realized the homeowner was inside.
