Three Washington Court House residents were arraigned this week in Fayette County Common Pleas Court.

– Chuck Tackett II, 20, on an indictment charging theft and illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits.

Tackett was allegedly drunk when he stole a wallet containing $100 cash and a WIC card from the mother of his child and ran from authorities.

– Mendy A. Cramer, AKA Mendy A. Prye, 28, on an indictment charging two counts of endangering children.

Cramer allegedly left her two children, one being a 9-month-old baby, at home while she went to the bar. Authorities said they found Cramer on the dance floor at Bottom’s Up Bar and Grill. She was previously convicted of endangering children in 2011 when she put her children in her car and attempted to run over the father of one of the children in a McDonald’s parking lot in Highland County.

– Dakota S. Knisley, 18, on an indictment charging theft.

Knisley allegedly took a vehicle from the lot at Affordable Auto Sale after placing a $175 deposit on the vehicle. Knisley didn’t have a license and said he took a temporary tag off of another vehicle when he was pulled over for erratic driving. The total asking price of the vehicle was $500.
