The LIFE Pregnancy Center capital campaign has raised $232,000 in pledges of the $400,000 estimated costs for the construction of the new facility and property.

The Center has placed a fundraising banner on the property site at Fayette Street and Broadway Street to keep the community informed of the donation progress.

“A new facility has been a shared vision of many people for several years,” said Barbara Fox, “and will be designed to accommodate all the current programs and services, as well as expand new services, specifically the Fathers’ Program.”

Suzie Janasov, board president, said, “The progress of the campaign is exciting and encouraging and would not be possible without the generous support of donors.”

For a Center tour or more information about the capital campaign call 740-333-3030 or visit the current location at 314 E. Court St. in Washington C.H., Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
