According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

APRIL 18

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Lance E. Tyree was charged with domestic violence after a female reported that she was choked by him. The female and Mr. Tyree have two children in common.

BURGLARY: Amber D. Wilson reported that an unknown person or persons entered her unlocked apartment and removed property.

DRUG ABUSE- POSSESSION OF COCAINE: After being arrested on a parole violation warrant, Jason A Fitch was also charged with possession of drugs after cocaine was located in his pocket.

APRIL 17

CRIMINAL DAMAGING: Rocky Kimmey reported that an unknown offender had damaged his trampoline.

THEFT/MISUSE OF CREDIT CARD: Steven R. Wilson reported that an unknown offender had gained access to his bank account info and had made fraudulent charges.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: Kevin M. Newton and Jeremiah J. Cook were charged with obstructing official business after officers determined that they both gave false information in reference to a hit skip accident they were involved in.

APRIL 16

AGGRAVATED BURGLARY/ THEFT/OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: Officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of John Street on a reported burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers located the offender, and after a brief foot pursuit took him into custody. James H. Minney Jr. was arrested for the listed offenses.

APRIL 15

THEFT: Wilma Showalter reported that someone gained access to her bank account and removed funds.

ENDANGERING CHILDREN: Officers were called to the area of Sixth Street in reference to a small child walking in the area, who appeared alone and unattended. Officers were able to locate the residence where the child belonged and the adult responsible for the care of the child was not present, however did return some time later. Caleb G.M. Hogsett was arrested for the offense.
