Saul Panzo-Calihua, 23, at large in Washington C.H., disorderly by intoxication.

Nov. 29

Derrick A. Burbridge, 28, 402 Clyburn Ave., domestic (fifth-degree felony), violation of protection order.

Nina S. Kelley, 59, Milledgeville, theft.

Elyza F. Jakob, 21, 513 Earl Ave., non-compliance suspension.
