According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 20

Possession of Drugs: At 3:56 p.m., officers responded to Pettis BP in reference to a male slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle. Officers woke up Joshua Graf, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Officers located suspected methamphetamine and marijuana in the vehicle. Graf was issued a citation for the marijuana possession and the other drug charges are pending.

Theft: At 8:47 p.m., officers responded to CVS in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Contact was made with the complainant, who advised that James Picklesimer stole unknown merchandise from the store. An initial report was completed and charges are pending once the stolen merchandise is identified.

Nov. 19

Assault/Criminal Damaging: At 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. Contact was made with a woman who advised she was assaulted by Scott Dawson, who also broke her phone. Dawson denied the allegations and a report was completed. The woman was referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.
