According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 19

Obstructing Official Business/Vehicle Trespass/Criminal Damaging: At 7:01 a.m., officers responded to Rose Avenue in reference to Preston Helsel, State Route 41 NW, sitting in a vehicle without permission from the owner. When making contact with Helsel, he failed to comply with orders and was arrested for obstructing official business, vehicle trespass and criminal damaging after officers learned that he had damaged a front door to a residence.

Theft: At 1:55 p.m., Ace Hardware reported a theft that occurred on Oct. 11.
